To do this efficiently and ensure the right mining experts are available at the appropriate moment, we are organized into three distinct companies.

Kriebel Minerals, Inc. oversees the clerical and financial aspects of the operations. They manage the business side of drilling. That includes finding gas buyers, paying bills associated with the wells, and sending payments to our partners and mineral rights owners.

Kriebel Well Services, Inc. operates the wells once they are drilled and ensures they produce safely throughout their lifespan, and then we plug the wells and return the land to its original condition. The comprehensive monitoring and diligent well maintenance we deliver has resulted in a safety record we’re proud to stand behind.

Kriebel Resources Co., LLC makes it easy for landowners to develop and profit from the natural gas and minerals on their land. They work to obtain the rights and permits needed to drill and, once production begins, oversee the royalties, the gas reserved for personal use, and other landowner benefits.
